Upper Valley Farmhouse

A total functional change was needed for the heart of this old home. Originally built in 1906 and added onto multiple times, this house was in desperate need of a reconfiguration. By relocating some key door locations and moving and enclosing some key building components we were able to transform the flow and overall function of the space.

8th Street Ranch

A family home that had served it’s occupants well for many years was in need of an update. This renovation was wall to wall, replacing everything except the drywall. Reconfigured kitchen and removal of a center wall dividing the space, opened up this small footprint helping it to accommodate larger gatherings. Durable and functional finishes and smart use of materials, allowed us to stay on time and on budget.
