A large home in need of a second bathroom and a better main bath.

Reconfiguration single outdated bathroom into 2 funktional bathroom spaces for this large family home. The ability to reconfigure poorly laid out closets and existing bathroom to create a private master bathroom and funktional family bathroom was essential to making this Hood River house work for the clients.

Scope of Work

Remove existing bathroom, subfloor and existing linen closets to create a footprint large enough for the new master bathroom.

Add joists and floor supports as needed to accommodate new tile flooring.

Relocate and add additional plumbing fixtures for second bathroom, reframe walls and showers accordingly.

All new fixtures and finishes in both new bathrooms.
