A Master Bath and Laundry
The existing layout and outdated finishes of the previous bathroom was not funktioning for the current occupants. By switching the door location and closing an unnecessary exterior door allowed us to create an entrance to the existing bathroom from the master bedroom. We stole a dead end hallway and a closet to create private laundry and separate water closet. What a huge improvement those minor layout changes created.
Scope of Work
Redesign layout to accommodate private laundry, separate water closet and double vanity.
All new cabinetry and counters
Custom tile flooring, and shower enclosure
